M. Anthony Burns
Retired Chairman, President and CEO of Ryder System, Inc.   He presently serves on the following Boards:  Pfizer Inc., Black & Decker, and J.C. Penney Company, Inc.   He was also formerly a Board Member of J. P. Morgan Chase & Co.

Nolan D. Archibald
Current Chairman, President and CEO of Black and Decker and serves on the following Boards: Black & Decker, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Huntsman Corporation, and Brunswick Corporation.  He also was formerly a Board Member of ITT.
