Our members hail from around the country. Some are locals who have grown up in the Heber Valley/Park City area. They have purchased at Red Ledges not only for the grand spaces, stunning views, and diversity of amenities, but also for the close-knit sense of community being created here. Others from around the country use Red Ledges as their four-season mountain retreat for outstanding golf, world-class skiing, and all the other adventure they'll find here.
Red Ledges is a private community, with two different types of membership available to our owners. All residents of Red Ledges must hold at least one membership type.
Lifestyle Membership
The Red Ledges Lifestyle Membership includes access to all non-golf community amenities, including tennis and pool facilities, ski lodge, spa, fitness center, kids camp, adventure cabin and Clubhouse dining.
Golf Membership
In addition to all benefits included in the Lifestyle Membership, our Golf Membership also includes full access to both the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and the nine-hole Nicklaus Design short course, access to all Clubhouse golf facilities, full use of Red Ledges practice facilities, and limited use of the Jim McLean Golf School, including exclusive member programming.
