Red Ledges Opens Discovery Center in Park City
Heber Valley Community's New Location to Cater to Park City Real Estate Agents and Brokers
HEBER VALLEY, Utah (Jan. 28, 2008) - Red Ledges, a private golf and four-season recreational community located in the Heber Valley, announced today the opening of a discovery center in Park City.
"We recognized an opportunity to assist agents and brokers based in Park City by opening a location closer to them," said Todd Cates, Red Ledges project manager. "This office demonstrates our commitment to the Park City area, as well as our belief that by investing in this broker community, we will continue the great sales success we've been experiencing since our inaugural sales event in October 2007."
The 1,100 square-foot center is located just off Park City's Main Street at 255 Heber Avenue, Suite F (at the corner of Heber Avenue and Suede Alley). Red Ledges' Park City center will be led by broker-manager Dennis Rogers and assisted by the rest of the Red Ledges sales team on a rotating basis.
The Park City discovery center is Red Ledges' second location. Red Ledges is currently headquartered at 2 South Main Street in Heber City, and will be opening a third location - an on-site discovery center - in the next month.
