RED LEDGES LAUNCHES FIRST JIM MCLEAN GOLF SCHOOL IN THE MOUNTAIN WEST
Jim McLean is recognized as one of the top golf instructors in North America

HEBER VALLEY, Utah (June 14, 2010) - Red Ledges, a premier golf and four-season recreational community located just minutes from Park City, opened its Jim McLean Golf School on May 1st. The Jim McLean Golf School at Red Ledges will be the only one of its kind in the Intermountain West.

The school will offer comprehensive instruction on full swing, short game, putting, course management and continuation process. It will also host a new learning center, which is equipped with the latest JC Video Golf Swing Analysis Software as well as the TrackMan launch monitor, the only technology of its kind to map the entire flight of the golf ball from impact to landing, displaying 3D trajectory in real time. Two video cameras will capture golf swings to be analyzed on a giant flat screen. The Jim McLean Golf School at Red Ledges is the only teaching facility in Utah to utilize both TrackMan and JC Video technology.

Red Ledges was the only golf course in the state to receive this recognition in 2010 by Best of State Awards. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Red Ledges features 18 holes, each with a stunning view of the Rocky Mountains. Jack Nicklaus, one of the globe's preeminent designers and the man Golf Inc. Magazine has named "Most Powerful Person in Golf" for five straight years, designed the 7,653-yard course to incorporate and accentuate the existing landscape.

Framed below Utah's Rocky Mountain range lies a series of red rock formations that are the namesake of the state's premier private four-season community, Red Ledges.

HEBER VALLEY, Utah (January 28, 2010) - Red Ledges (www.redledges.com), a private golf and four-season recreational community located in the Heber Valley, recently broke ground on its first semi-custom homeownership option called The Heights. The Heights at Red Ledges will include 27 lodge-style residences on three-quarter-acre to one-acre home sites.

Red Ledges experienced an exciting year in 2009 with the opening of its 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. In addition to the recognition by Golf Magazine, the Jack Nicklaus course at Red Ledges was recently named as one of the Best New Private Courses of 2009 by Links Magazine.

Golf Magazine recognized seven new private golf courses across the U.S., with Red Ledges ranking at the top of the list. Red Ledges opened its 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course on July 4, 2009, as it became the 200th U.S. course by Nicklaus Design.

$1M Hole in One at Red Ledges

Scottsdale, Ariz. - Troon Golf,® the leader in upscale golf course management, development and marketing is pleased to announce that three of its managed courses were recognized on Golf Magazine's list of the "Best New Courses" of 2009. The annual list ranked the Jack Nicklaus-designed Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, Utah as the No. 1 "Best New Private Course of the Year." Sequoyah National Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones II in Cherokee, N.C. was named the No. 2 "Best New Course You Can Play." On the global front, The Faldo Legacy Course at Roco Ki in the Dominican Republic was named the No. 2 "Best New International Course of the Year."
