May 15, 2008: Cart path installation started.

May 13, 2008: All water and sewer services stubbed to Phase I homesites.

April 15, 2008: Golf irrigation pump station installed.

March 20, 2008: All Sewer piping complete

March 15, 2008: 85% of Water and Sewer lines in place

November 15, 2007: 16 holes graded and shaped on the Jack Nicklaus Signature course

September 16, 2007: 14 holes of the Jack Nicklaus Signature course graded

September 1, 2007: Architectural design of Golf Clubhouse approved

June 18, 2007: Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course construction begins

May 10, 2007: Preliminary Plan approval given by Heber City

March 15, 2007: Master Plan and Annexation approval given by Heber City

April 1, 2008: Canal work completed throughout Red Ledges

May 13, 2008: All utilities and water lines in place for first phase

June 1, 2008: Begin Sod/Seeding of Jack Nicklaus Signature Course

Late July/August 2008: All roads completed. Building permits can be pulled for custom homes
