Agreement to License Creative Media: Photography and Video Assets

Spirit of the Agreement:
To encourage and enable outside Agent to promote Red Ledges as a community while ensuring the images, video, and/or copy are in alignment with the brand and messaging. Agents should not use misleading verbiage to represent that they are either on the in-house Red Ledges Sales Team, or that they are an “expert” in selling Red Ledges. Use of the Red Ledges logo is not permitted. Please submit all advertisements, social media content, or videos which include statements about the community or club prior to publication for approval with the Red Ledges Marketing team at marketing@redledges.com. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for approval.

Approved Usage:
Inclusion in listing marketing materials related to active listing at Property.

Usage Notes:
Red Ledges maintains all rights and ownership of its creative assets. The selling and/or redistribution of provided photography assets is forbidden and the altering of these assets is prohibited. By signing this document, Broker and affiliated employees, contractors or companies agree to the specific usage of creative assets as outlined in the “Approved Usage” section.

Expiration:
The details of this agreement to not expire. Discontinuation of creative asset use, if required, shall be submitted to the Agent in writing.
