Open House Request
Register your upcoming Red Ledges open house and review the community guidelines for hosting your event
Scheduling Your Event
- Advance Notice: Please submit your request at least three (3) days before your desired event date.
- Single Submissions: Please submit a separate form for each individual property and date.
- Approved Hours: Open houses may be hosted Monday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Restricted Days: Open houses are not permitted on Sundays or on dates with large member events to help minimize conflicts and preserve the member experience.
On the day of the open house
For specific inquiries regarding agent access or event policies, please contact the
Red Ledges Community Association Manager.
- Guest Access: Visitors will receive directions to all approved open houses through the Red Ledges Daily Open House Map, making it easy to navigate the community during their visit.
- Signage Policy: You may pick up one (1) approved Red Ledges A-frame sign from the Greeter’s Cottage for placement at the property’s driveway entrance.
- Community Aesthetics: To preserve the character of Red Ledges, independent brokerage signs, balloons, riders, and banners are not permitted within the community.
