Open House Event Request Form

To host an Open House event at Red Ledges:

• Please fill out the form below a minimum of three days before the event.
• Only one property and one date per form submission.
• May schedule an event Monday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• No Open Houses are permitted on Sundays or specific holidays. 

On the day of the open house:

• Agents may pick up one A-frame sign from the Clubhouse Greeter’s Cottage to place at the end of the property’s driveway.
• No other signs or banners will be permitted outside the Greeter’s Cottage or within the community.
• Attendees will receive a digital list of all Open House events happening within the community that day with directions to each property.
