Tony Burns
Managing Partner
Tony Burns, managing partner of Red Ledges, is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc., a FORTUNE 500® commercial transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions company. Raised in Mesquite, Nev., Tony Burns earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of California – Berkeley.
Burns presently serves on the board of directors of the Huntsman Corporation and is a life trustee of the University of Miami Board of Trustees. Formerly he served on the boards of directors of Pfizer Inc., Stanley Black & Decker, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and J.C. Penney Company, Inc.
Nolan Archibald
Partner
Nolan D. Archibald is the retired Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Black & Decker Corporation, where he served as CEO for 24 years. Following the merger with Stanley Works, Nolan became Executive Chairman of the Board of Stanley Black & Decker Inc. Stanley Black & Decker is a $17 billion global company marketing its products in over 100 countries. In addition to Stanley and Black and Decker, its brand names include Dewalt, Craftsman, Bostitch, Mac Tools, Porter-Cable, Irwin, and several other iconic brands. Born in Ogden, Utah, Nolan was an All-American basketball player at Dixie Junior College (now Utah Tech University) and an Academic All-American at Weber State University. He served as Lead Director of the Lockheed Martin Corporation and the Huntsman Corporation. He also served on the boards of ITT Corporation and Brunswick Corporation. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mitchel Burns
Chief Operating Officer
Mitchel A. Burns, Chief Operating Officer of Red Ledges, oversees property and club operations for the private mountain community. His focus is on the strategic development plan, including real estate and amenity expansion efforts. Mitchel also manages the sales and marketing teams as well as important partner relationships with Jack Nicklaus, Jim McLean, Troon Golf, Cliff Drysdale and the St. Regis Deer Valley®.
Prior to his integral role at Red Ledges, Mitchel managed development projects in Mesquite, Nevada, for Burns Holdings, the parent company of Red Ledges. He oversaw the construction of a movie theater complex complete with restaurant sites along with the redevelopment of a truck stop and cafe site.
Earlier in his career, Mitchel worked for more than 15 years in the computer software industry. Most recently, Mitchel was instrumental in bringing to market Inrix’s real-time and predictive traffic information system, which is used by leading navigation and traffic solution providers such as Cobra, BMW, MapQuest and TCS.
Mitchel was also part of the Pacific Edge Software team that designed and developed a leading portfolio management solution used by Fortune 500 companies to monitor and manage all aspects of a company’s initiative. In addition, he worked for IMG and established and managed the firm’s Seattle office, which provided customized software and training services for Microsoft and other clients. Mitchel earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Kaylene Kotter
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Kaylene Kotter oversees all Accounting and Financial aspects for Red Ledges. With more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Land Development, 13 years have been spent supporting and realizing the vision of Red Ledges. Kaylene spent her earlier career in public accounting at Arthur Anderson and KPMG as an auditor which helped jumpstart her career in land development.
Kaylene has lived in the Park City area for 27 years and enjoys all the mountain biking and skiing the area provides.
Rex McGuire
Senior Vice President Development
Rex McGuire leads the Red Ledges Development team as a real estate industry professional with over 20 years of construction, development and operations experience. Some of his experience includes; construction management, land planning and development, product development, customer service and green building technology.
Rex has spent his career defining development excellence with private and public home builders throughout California, Nevada, and Utah. He combines industry expertise with a strong history of success to deliver an exceptional client experience for every Red Ledges property owner.
Nancy Seraphin
Vice President of Sales | Broker
As a 32 year “local”, Nancy Seraphin has held leadership positions throughout the Wasatch Back since she stopped in Park City to be a “ski bum” in 1991. She was the CEO of Keller Williams for over seven years and directed the sales and marketing programs for many notable developments such as The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Hotel Park City when it was built, Deer Crest, Sundial Lodge and the Grand Summit Hotel at The Canyons, and Wolf Creek Resort in Eden. She is thrilled to now be leading the talented Red Ledges Sales Team and looks forward to making Red Ledges the most agent-friendly community on the MLS.
John “JJ” Johnson
General Manager: Club and Community Association
As the general manager, JJ oversees the entire operations of the club and community association, its amenities, and overall member experience. Johnson has been at Red Ledges since the club’s inception in 2009 and has enjoyed watching the club grow and meeting each member who has driven the community’s growth.
Jenna Polychronis
Vice President of Marketing
Jenna has been leading the talented on-site Marketing team at Red Ledges since November 2022 when she rejoined the company. Originally on the Red Ledges Marketing team from 2012 to 2018, Jenna was thrilled when the position became available. In between, she worked as the Director of Marketing for another high-end private community in the Park City area. With over 10-years in luxury real estate marketing experience – specific to the Park City and Heber Valley area, Jenna is excited to spend her days attempting to articulate the unique qualities that make Red Ledges the special place it is.
Originally from Orange County, CA, Jenna moved to Utah in 2011. She resides in Park City with her husband, Nick, step-kids Elena and Harrison, and their dog Ben.
