Weekly Inspections Starting at $250 per Month
Single Inspection Walkthrough $100 per Hour
A walkthrough evaluates a series of 110-point inspection points and includes:

White Glove Services
$100 per Hour, per Service Technician, Plus the Cost of Consumables
Car Detailing, Refueling & Maintenance
Whether you are coming in from out of town and want to ensure your vehicle is ready for your visit, or you are local trying to find more time in your day. Our team is happy to take your car to the car wash, vacuum it out, refuel your vehicle, or even take it to a mechanic for an oil change.
Grocery & Liquor Delivery
Instead of getting in your car, driving to the store, walking around doing your shopping, then waiting in line to checkout—give the home services team your shopping list. Then sit back and let the team to shop for and deliver your groceries and favorite drinks while you relax at home.
Home Repairs, Maintenance & Upgrades
Safeguard your home by completing bi-annual and annual maintenance tasks on time. The Home Services team is ready to help by changing your air filter, servicing water softeners, city-required backflow plumbing checks, and more. Likewise, if a home appliance needs repair—the home services team can help!
Shipping Packages & Receiving Deliveries
Stop worrying about package deliveries while at work or on a fun excursion—send the tracking information to our team. Our team will place your parcel in your house or garage when the item arrives. Additionally, our team is willing to pick up and ship outgoing packages.
Furniture Assembly
We have all been there; you just purchased new furniture, and it is delivered—but assembly is required. You have two choices, put it together yourself, or you can save yourself some time (and frustration) by calling the Home Services team. Our team has experience assembling a wide variety of furniture.
Security Camera Installation
Whether you want to replace your locks or you are ready to install home security cameras—our team has experience installing home security devices from various brands. The results will give homeowners an additional sense of safety.
Hot Tub Management
Starting at $150 per Month
A Home Services team member will visit your residence weekly to clean, test, and balance the PH and chlorine levels of your hot tub. The service price per month includes chemicals and one water change per year.
Please note, that additional water changes are $250 per instance.
