Red Ledges Rental Policies
Upon receipt of this email confirmation, you have agreed to the following policies as listed below.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in for residences is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Any arrival or departure that occurs before or after the designated times must have prior authorization by management to avoid an additional one-night rental fee being applied to your account or other method of payment.

Same-day departure and arrival: If there is a check-out and check-in in the same cabin on the same day, the guest checking out must depart by 10:00 a.m. The guest checking in must arrive no earlier than 5:00 p.m.  This ensures all cleaning and sanitary procedures and precautions are completed.

Pets & Service Animals
Red Ledges is a pet-friendly property. However, the rental units do not allow dogs or pets in the home. Only registered service animals may be allowed in the home.

Property Policies
Two guests may occupy each bedroom of the home. Any larger gatherings must be approved by management. Makeshift beds are prohibited.

Damage & Smoking
Red Ledges is not liable for damages caused within the residences during your stay and retains the right to apply appropriate expenses for any and all incidentals, and/or penalty fees to your account, or form of payment. Red Ledges is a non-smoking facility. Should you or your guests violate this policy, applicable charges as determined by Red Ledges for smoke damage will be applied to your account or other method of payment.

Removal of Red Ledges Property
Should any items be removed from the premises without consent, Red Ledges reserves the right to apply charges as we see fit to replace any missing items, including any carriage charges.
