The Red Ledges Construction team invests time in understanding each member’s needs,  inspirations, and aspirations. Our team then guides members through each step of the building process—from first designs to final walkthrough.

Rex McGuire

Vice President of Operations 

Drawing from 20 years of experience in the industry, Rex combines industry expertise with a history of delivering success. Rex moved to Utah four years ago to run Red Ledges Construction. As an adventure enthusiast, Rex loves dirt and mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Jeff has over 33 years of homebuilding experience on the West Coast. He brings extensive industry knowledge and forward-thinking to our team. Jeff and his wife enjoy fishing, hunting, and writing in their free time.

Travis grew up in Colorado Springs, worked for a local custom home builder, and stayed in the industry. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children—chasing kids around the soccer field, basketball court, and dance studio.

After 29 years in the home building industry—Seth is known for his outstanding customer service. He loves turning a house into a home for his clients. The Californian native enjoys exploring Utah with his wife when not at work.

David loves to build relationships with clients and is our customer service expert. In his free time, he mentors within his church group and loves to hike and go boating. Be sure to keep an eye out for him if you’re ever at a BYU Football game!

James has been part of the Red Ledges family for over six years. He always steps up to new challenges and is extremely helpful and kind. James loves to spend time with his wife and his two children.

Michael studied construction management. His experience includes working as a home inspector, assistant superintendent, and an operations manager for a home inspection company. For fun, he likes to fish, cook, and spend time with family.

Brenda, a California native, worked in purchasing and trade partner relationships before joining the Red Ledges Construction team. Brenda enjoys hiking, walking, being in the outdoors of Utah, and she is looking forward to learning how to snowshoe.

Conner will graduate from Utah Valley University this summer. He also played four years of college baseball. Currently, he is pursuing a career and second bachelor’s degree in construction management.

Melissa has worked in construction for over seven years and loves crunching numbers for our clients to keep them on budget. Her laugh lights up the room, and she loves to organize team lunches. Mel loves to cook and is a nail artist.

Nicole joined the team after working for a developer in New York City. She loves meeting clients and helping them understand the building and design process. Her passions include biking, exploring the outdoors, and teaching yoga.
