Andy defines the vision behind the building experience at Red Ledges—shaping both the homes and the process that brings them to life.
VP of Construction
Drawing on years of construction experience, Andy shaped a more intentional approach to building—a simpler way to build. This framework ensures every home is delivered with clarity, coordination, and craftsmanship at each stage of the process. That philosophy guides both Red Ledges Construction’s fully custom homes and the Artisan Series—a streamlined, semi-custom path designed for clients seeking a more simplified approach to luxury mountain living. By aligning people, processes, and standards, Andy leads a construction experience that is consistent, refined, and confidently executed from start to finish.
Client Development Specialist
After building in private communities for several years, Conner draws on that experience to guide clients in evaluating each homesite’s defining characteristics—including views, privacy, natural light, and proximity to amenities. He works closely with each client to understand their vision, helping them identify options that align with both lifestyle and long-term goals. Conner brings a thoughtful, experienced perspective to each decision—delivered with a natural candor that helps clients quickly see which homesites fit and which do not. The result is an experience that feels focused, efficient, and grounded in honest guidance from the very beginning.

Matthew brings clarity to the process—shaping each client’s vision into a defined, buildable plan.
Preconstruction Manager
Working closely with clients, Matthew guides the preconstruction phase by aligning budget, scope, and design decisions early. His role is to help clients understand how early design and budgeting decisions influence cost, timeline, and long-term success of the home. Through thoughtful planning and consistent communication, Matthew helps clients move into construction with aligned expectations, informed decisions, and confidence in the path ahead.
Director of Construction
He leads the construction phase by overseeing the team responsible for delivering every home to the highest standard. With a focus on consistency and communication, Michael ensures clients are informed of progress, timelines, and what to expect at each stage. Drawing on decades of hands-on experience, he maintains a clear standard of quality and accountability—ensuring the vision established in earlier phases is executed as intended. The result is a building experience that feels structured, supported, and expertly managed.
