He has held executive level Marketing and Sales positions in multiple Fortune 500 Companies that allowed him to reside near a hub airport, so he in intimately familiar with the easy drive to SLC. As he grew his love for the community and the region (including serving as president of the Red Ledges Ski Club), Eric began planning to find a way to merge his personal interests and his professional skillset; when he saw the opportunity to wind down his career at Ecolab (serving as a VP of Account Management for a number of national restaurant giants) and join the Red Ledges Realty team, he jumped in. Eric has a Bachelor’s Degree from North Carolina State and a MBA from Shenandoah University in Virginia, and has 3 adult children and 1 grandchild.

Cynthia, originally from Chicago, has lived in the Heber Valley for more than 20 years. During that time, she has worked several years in the Utah real estate industry. Initially as a part-owner of a residential loan origination company, she spent countless hours helping families purchase the homes they wanted. After taking a few years off to be a full-time mother to her six children, she managed a real estate law firm office before taking the opportunity to work at Red Ledges in their sales and marketing department. Now as an agent, she again has the satisfaction of helping families find the perfect home in an even more personal way. When not working at Red Ledges, Cynthia is most likely found hiking, kayaking or otherwise enjoying the great outdoors with her husband, Jason and her children.
Juli Taylor is a proud Red Ledges property owner and member who has watched Red Ledges develop into a premier Rocky Mountain community. When her husband’s business brought them to Utah, her dream of living in the mountains became reality. After selling real estate in Park City and Heber Valley, Juli decided to join the Red Ledges team this Fall. When she is not working with clients to achieve their dreams, she and her husband, Kary, will likely be playing golf or tennis and enjoying the amenities with their friends at Red Ledges.
