Lisa and Victor Ingalls moved from San Francisco to Red Ledges in 2019, and built their dream home with Red Ledges Construction. A few of their favorite activities include skiing, golfing, e-biking, and enjoying all four seasons. Most mornings, they wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on their patio swing, and take in the view of Mount Timpanogos.
Living at Red Ledges is “a great way to enjoy your friendships and enjoy your family,” exclaims Victor. Watch the video above to meet some of our members that love to call Red Ledges home.
Jay and Betsy Townsend love golfing, hiking, skiing, biking, playing tennis, and everything outdoors. They moved to Red Ledges four years ago after looking for a place where they could experience year-round outdoor activities. The proximity to the Salt Lake Airport was also important to Jay and Betsy as Jay travels regularly for work.
“Our community here is really what makes Red Ledges so special,” says Betsy. “We have amazing friends and it just is endless all the fun things we do.” Watch the video to meet the Townsends and see why they love living at Red Ledges.
“What set Red Ledges Construction apart from the other builders we met is that not only did they show us some of Red Ledges Construction’s past building projects, but their team also walked the homesites we were considering purchasing and helped us envision the potential homes we could build on the specific lots. It was easy to see their passion for building in this area and we knew he was the one who could best help us build our dream home.”
“We are so happy to have purchased a lot in Red Ledges. The views are breathtaking and the climate year round makes it easy to be active. The community itself is well planned and is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the members. The diversity in activities – within the community and nearby make it easy to have something for everyone – all ages. We personally love the trails, equestrian center, pools, pickleball courts, game room and on-site restaurants. The quality of everything is top notch.”
“We looked at Promontory, Talisker and Victory Ranch in Utah, Clear Creek in Nevada, Lahontan and Martis Camp near Lake Tahoe California. All are lovely and desirable but we chose Red Ledges. We are uniformly happy with our choice… the homes, the neighbors, the activities, the amenities, the staff, the environment and the location are all wonderful.”

“One look and we moved to Red Ledges. Beautiful views of the Wasatch range, deer and elk freely grazing around our home. Outstanding golf course, great food at the Juniper Grill, lots of activities, and friendly neighbors.”
