Red Ledges is celebrating 10 years of vibrant club operations with the launch of the Village Center, a new resort-style swimming pool complex. Phase one of the Village Center is a family focused hub for the growing community. Highlights include a full-service bar and grill, new locker rooms and an expansive pool with seating for over 300 in comfortable lounge chairs.
“Our members love bringing their kids and grandkids here to play at the pool,” noted Mitchel Burns, Red Ledges’ chief operating officer. “The kids have a blast on our 144-foot waterslide and invent countless ways to climb all over the water playground. The shallow beach entry makes it easy for little ones to join in the fun too. When they’re ready to dry out for a while, there’s a great jungle gym play area, plus ping pong, cornhole, snacks at the grill and plenty of shaded seating. The adults can splash with the kids, or relax in the hot tub, enjoy drinks, lunch or dinner with friends at the poolside bar and grill, or simply catch up on reading and emails from the comfort of a lounge in the shade.”
Red Ledges is a private, year-round golf and recreation community set on 6,000 acres in picturesque Heber Valley, not far from Park City. The community includes a collection of carefully designed neighborhoods surrounded by open space with beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains. Homes in the community feature traditional and mountain-modern architecture and range from single-level, easy-living homes to custom residences with refined luxury finishes on home sites as large as 6 acres.
With amenities and activities that can be enjoyed year-round, Red Ledges offers members endless opportunities to recreate right outside their front doors. The new swimming pool is the second in the community and expands the recreational offerings, which include two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, Cliff Drysdale Tennis, two slopeside ski lounges, a well-appointed clubhouse, an equestrian center, fine dining and more.
The Village Center will be a favorite place for Red Ledges’ members and guests to gather with family and friends in the summer. It will also host the new Summer Concert Series, where members will enjoy monthly performances by popular local musicians in the natural amphitheater of the adjacent Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Park.
“The opening of the Village Center pool complex is a perfect way to mark our first 10 years of club operations,” said John Johnson, club general manager at Red Ledges. “We continue to expand club amenities as our membership grows to provide even more easy opportunities for members to share rich recreational and cultural experiences with neighbors, family and friends. The resulting vitality of this community is something that our members cherish.”
