Get ready for the perfect combination of warm summer nights, good music, and Red Ledges fun with the new Red Ledges Summer Concert Series. Grab your blankets and lawn chairs and sit and relax on the cool, green grass of the amphitheater. Pack a picnic and a bottle of wine to enjoy while you experience the beautiful summer nights and live bands – all with the beautiful background of Mt. Timpanogos. Or if relaxing by the pool is more your style, you can sit by the side of the Village Center pool and order food from the Poolside Grill as you listen to the fun, live music of the concerts. Bee’s Knees Ice Cream will also be available for all to enjoy a delicious summer treat. Local food trucks like Lola’s and Rustica Cucina are scheduled for the June and August concerts and a truck for the July concert is still being decided.
Each concert will feature a band that is local to the Park City area and will last from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm on June 22, July 20, and August 17. The three bands that are scheduled to perform are the Robert Bartko Project, the Shannon Runyon Band, and Snyderville Station.
The Robert Bartko Project will be the first of the bands to perform at the Red Ledges Summer Concert series. Robert Bartko may be a name that is new to you, but you are more than likely familiar with his song writing & production work over the past several years. Bartko has produced (3) singles for the mega group KORN, written & produced for countless other Billboard Charting musical acts and has successfully gone onto record as a solo artist. The second concert in the series will feature The Shannon Runyon Band on July 20. The Shannon Runyon Band plays a wide variety of music that you will know and love. The goal of the Shannon Runyon band is to make you smile, nod your head, tap your foot, and make you want to dance to the music. They are happy to take requests and always have fun on the stage. The last of the concerts will feature Snyderville Station on August 17. Snyderville Station melds gritty blues-inspired guitar playing with thick bass and drum woven grooves.
