The Club’s new food truck, the Sage Bistro, named after the naturally occurring sagebrush within Red Ledges, is located by the Clubhouse Pool. The Sage Bistro will serve golfers, members wanting a casual poolside dining experience, and pool users.
To make the Sage Bistro easier to access, for golfers, the Club has added a new two-way cart path that branches from the current golf cart path near the Signature Shop and reconnects with the main path just below the bridge that leads to the Jack Nicklaus Championship Course.
The food truck showcases the talents of Ken Loresch and Kyle Langenheim who have 52 years of combined experience in the food and beverage industry. Their experience includes long tenures at the Montage Deer Valley.
The Sage Bistro will open daily from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Members may place a carry out order by calling (435) 657-4072, click here to view the menu.
