As a master-planned community, Red Ledges schedules amenity buildouts into the neighborhood’s natural evolution based on predetermined milestones. Between the support from our existing club members and the growth we have recently experienced—we are thrilled to announce several amenity expansion projects.
Remember, each rendering is a tangible approximation of what our amenities will look like after construction is completed. However, the expanded facility capacity only tells part of the story.
The story’s second half focuses on strategically planning the best way to grow our program offerings to complement the new facility space. As a result, many of our leaders are looking at hiring and training new staff members.
This process ensures our new and existing members an equal opportunity to use and enjoy high-quality Red Ledges Club amenities.
Juniper Grill and Clubhouse Expansion
Construction is set to begin in September 2022, with an estimated completion of spring 2023. The resulting expansion will add approximately 2,000 square feet to the existing Clubhouse.
As seen in this rendering, the expansion will be to the south of the current dining room and will add 50 indoor seats and 20 more outdoor seats. The total number of seats in our dining room will increase to 120 indoor seats with 50 outdoor seats.

Family-friendly dining area
The expansion will allow the Club to keep pace with our day-to-day dining and will allow us to accommodate larger member event needs in the future.
Future Juniper Grill Dining Room
Once construction is completed, the Juniper Grill will have three distinct indoor dining areas. The new casual family dining area will help families feel right at home—whether members are raising families or entertaining grandchildren.
To access the next dining area, members may walk through the family-friendly dining space to the casual bar and lounge. The high-top tables encourage neighbors to catch up with one another after playing a round of golf or several sets of tennis.
The final indoor space provides members an intimate upscale dining experience. Now, members can dress up knowing that the dining space, and other members using the facility, will echo these fashion choices.

Although each dining area looks and feels distinctly different—the luxury mountain design elegantly unites the three spaces to create a single restaurant. The design distinction provides members with three different backdrops when planning a meal or event at the Clubhouse.
Even though the dining space is changing, the Juniper Grill will continue to showcase Chef Clark Norris’ 34 years of culinary experience. Norris’ creative touch and attention to detail will remain apparent to members’ senses in every dish.
