We have been hitting the trails on hikes, begun weekly outdoor yoga classes on the Golf Park, and charged up Memorial Hill for the Wednesday morning workouts. Additionally the Clubhouse Pool is now open, and the Village Center Pool will follow on May 14 – all things spring and summer! Check out the upcoming Memorial Day weekend events, including the Memorial Day golf tournament, our annual 5k Fun Run, and live music and barbeque at the Village Center Pool! Now bring on the sunshine!

Memorial Day Tournament

Saturday, May 28—9:00 a.m.

Don’t miss Red Ledges’ Annual Memorial Day Golf Tournament! The tournament will be a 4-person Scramble consisting of any combination of Men, Lady, and Mixed teams. The cost is $65 per member and $125 per guest and includes all food, prizes, and golf. Click here to register.

5th Annual Memorial Day 5k & Waffle Love

Monday, May 30 – 9:00 a.m.

This fun run is open to runners, walkers, and non-motorized bike/scooter riders. The start/finish will be at the Village Center Pool—participants will make two laps around the Golf Park. The Waffle Love food truck will be at the start/finish from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.! The cost is $10 per person (kids and adults) and includes breakfast. Click here to register.

Memorial Day Barbeque & Live Music by DJ Dolph

Monday, May 30 – 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Suit up and head over to the Village Center Pool to spend a sunny afternoon splashing around with the family, jamming to live tunes by DJ Dolph, and enjoying an excellent barbeque from R & R Barbeque! Cost is $27 for adults and $14 for kids. Click here to register.

May 9 – 13- Tennis Bubble Down

The tennis bubble will be taken down for the season from May 9 -13, and the upper courts will be unavailable for play during this time. The courts will re-open for play on May 14.

Friday, May 13 & 27 – 9:30 a.m. – Fat Tire Friday

Grab your mountain bike for a fun trail ride in Heber or Park City. This is an all-levels ride, but you should be familiar with biking on dirt and single track. We’ll practice riding techniques and gain confidence on the trail! Plan on climbing and descending. Mostly, we’ll have fun!

Saturday, May 14 – The Village Center Pool opens for the 2022 Season

Saturday, May 14 – 3:00 p.m. – Kid’s Craft Days at Red Ledges with Kourtney 

Join Kourtney in the Studio for a fun hour of crafting. Today the kids will be making a beautiful wind spinner – perfect for these windy spring days!

Tuesday, May 17 & 31 – 9:15 a.m. – Red Ledges Hikers

Throughout the summer, Red Ledges will offer fun group hikes that will vary in location, difficulty, and length. Learn new trails, meet new friends and enjoy getting out in the beautiful Utah weather! Space is limited, and registration opens 2-weeks prior.

Thursday, May 19 – 9:15 a.m. – Thursday Repeat Hike

These Thursday hikes will go to the exact location as the ‘Red Ledges Hikers’ went 2-days prior and will be led by guide Kristen Kofford. Space is limited, and registration opens 2-weeks before the Tuesday Hike.

Friday, May 20 – 10:00 a.m. – Cruiser Bike Ride Heber/Midway

Grab your mountain, electric, cross, or cruiser bike and meet at the Wasatch County Skate Park in Heber for a fun ride along the back gravel roads in the Northfields.

Sunday, May 22 – 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Flight & Bite Series – The Mediterranean (Italy and Spain)

Join your Red Ledges as we explore various regions of the Mediterranean – wines from the South of France – think Provence – then over to the Pyrenees mountains into the delicious world of Spanish wines.

Mondays – Beginning May 23 – 10:00 a.m. – Ladies 12-Hole Mondays

The 12-Hole Monday group is great for those ladies who wish to play in a non-competitive environment while still meeting and playing with new and different members.

Tuesday, May 24 – 9:00 a.m. – Casual Hikers

Casual Hike days will be offered every other Tuesday and are perfect for those who want to get out and enjoy the trails without the strain of too many miles or too steep of terrain. Plan on 1-3 miles on gentle terrain—space is limited.

Tuesday, May 24 – 10:00 a.m. – Two-Wheelin’ Tuesday

Join Red Ledges for group rides in various locations around the Heber Valley and beyond. Even if you’re a beginner, come out and learn how to ride safely and have fun on a road bike.

Weekly Events

Sundays – 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Bridge Group

Monday & Thursday – 1:00 p.m. – Pickleball Fun League (thru May)

Sign up to join our Pickleball Fun League with great games each week! This is a drop-in/member-run event, and all levels are welcome to join in the fun every Monday & Thursday at 1:00 p.m. New days and times will begin in June!

Tuesdays & Wednesdays – Golf Course Maintenance

Each Tuesday, the 18-Hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Course will be closed until 12:30 p.m., and the Practice Range will be closed until 11:30 a.m. The Golf Park will be closed on Wednesdays until 12:30 p.m. during the golf season. This will allow the golf maintenance team time to perform needed tasks each week. Thank you for your understanding.

Wednesdays – 3:00 p.m. – Mahjong

Join your Red Ledges friends for a fun Mahjong game each week. This tile-based game ‘takes 5 minutes to learn and a lifetime to master’!

Thursdays & Saturdays– 10:30 a.m. (tee time will change later in the season) – Men’s Golf Group

Gentleman golfers of all levels are invited to come and play 18-holes on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course every Thursday and Saturday morning. 

Mondays – 10:00 a.m. – Ladies 12-Hole Mondays (starting May 16)

The 12-Hole Monday group is great for those ladies who wish to play in a non-competitive environment while still meeting and playing with new and different members.
