ON THE EVE OF RED LEDGES’ 10TH ANNIVERSARY, LEADERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND CLUB AGAIN CONVENED TO START A NEW VENTURE. A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the first phase of the eagerly anticipated Village Center, a family-friendly amenity complex designed to complement the club, wellness and outdoor activity amenities enjoyed by Red Ledges members.
“We really doubled down on the pool and family offerings at the initial Village Center site,” stated Mitchel Burns, Red Ledges’ Chief Operation Officer, during the groundbreaking ceremony at the site. “Our first phase has a substantial resort-style pool and a lot of seating for lounging and for the food and beverage outlet, which we recognized were the key needs for the club. We’ll have expanded dining, fitness and wellness, outdoor adventure and the Golf Park’s clubhouse in the Village Center’s next expansion, as the Red Ledges Club continues to grow.”
The Village Center’s pool complex will be followed by a scenic and fun escape for the adults, at a location further up the hill overlooking the property. This planned Mountainside facility will feature an infinity edge lap pool and an intimate dining experience with stunning views. “Our community is going through a rapid expansion right now, and we wanted to have a series of distinct, high-quality amenity offerings in easily accessible locations throughout the community,” adds Burns. “Mountainside will be a gorgeous setting, and will be a distinct and unique offering for Red Ledges members.”
Red Ledges is in the active planning phase for both Mountainside and a significant future fitness and outdoor adventure expansion to the initial phase of the Village Center. “Our main clubhouse is less than three years old, but we recognize the growing needs of our members and their families,” says Red Ledges Club General Manager John Johnson. “These club amenities are going to be a lot of fun for adults and kids alike, and we look forward to presenting them to Red Ledges members.”
THIS ARTIST RENDERING INCLUDES BOTH PHASE 1 AND FUTURE PHASES OF THE VILLAGE CENTER. SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
